Our Facilitators
The CEA programs are designed to include experiential activities, lectures, research, and hands-on practice exercises. The array of program activities requires engaging facilitators, with enhanced coaching and leadership skills. Our key facilitators, LaShondra Mercurius and Jayson Mercurius, have a proven mastery in a wide range of professional development experiences, as well as a deep commitment to team coaching and collaboration.
Karolina Olamendi | PROGRAM FACILITATOR
Karolina is a seasoned human resources professional who has worked in various HR functionss – most notably in training and development. Prior to joining Career Excellence Academy, she worked internationally with the United Nations Children’s Fund in North America, Europe and West Africa. While living in West Africa, she co–founded a consulting firm specializing in human resources services; including, soft skills training for corporate clients.
Karolina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts with concentration on Women’s Studies, and a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources. She is an HR professional by training, and a trainer at heart.
